Prototyping in Maria Theresien Straße would have been more realistic (reaction of tourists and test planned location)
Not all planned games were tested in the prototyping
Different opinions about the frequency of events
Get approval from relevant authorities before planning
Trial & Error is best approach for idea development and progress
Prototyping is essential contributor to process and product improvement
Prototyping does not have to be expensive nor neat and organized
Time Management: plan enough time including buffers for steps where other parties are involved & do not rely on just verbal concessions – nail your business partners down
Process related learnings: divide into groups to try different approaches (saves time and enhances creativity) & then share your ideas and decide for the “best” ones
Asking for feedback concerning the design of the brochures: make it blind
Feedback: do not ask “yes” or “no” questions
